By the numbers, the 2016 Summer Fancy Food Show was the largest in the history of the event. Over 47,000 food and beverage industry professionals attended the three-day convention, held from June 26-28 at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City. Among the record 2,700 exhibitors was a diverse and growing range of entrepreneurial beverage companies.
