Wow, pure knock off of Perfectly Petite Shot, hahahaha… 5 Hour is always stealing somebody’s idea, first it was Shotz from NACS 2007 show – now this, amazing… Shame on you!

You have got to be joking. This is in conjunction with Avon Breast Cancer Crusade, people associate pink with cancer, and guess which flavor we associate with pink? Pink lemonade. For you to be so biased and blind is a bit sad. Does Perfectly Petite donate any money? I’m guessing not.

  • Industry Insider

Perfectly Petite ORIGINATED the concept of the donation to the fight against cancer, check your facts, fhart! Why would you make such an uninformed reponse? Your uninformed outrage doesn’t change the unscrupulous business practices of 5 Hour . The fact that 5 Hour is also donating doesn’t mean they are not simple thieves of smarter peoples ideas.

Really? They “ORIGINATED the concept of donation to the fight against cancer” … that is an uninformed statement if i’ve ever heard one. And guess what, i did check my facts, and there’s no mention of breast cancer or donating easily found on their website. If you support a cause like fighting cancer, you might as well be public about it for your own company’s sake and the sake of brining about awareness to the cause overall. You are the epitome of naïvety, arrogance and ignorance. Congratulations, you’re trophy for incompetence and mis-targeted anger is in the mail.

    Best,

How did 5-hour steal from Shotz in 2007 when the brand originated in 2004?

  • Industry Insider

sorry, your dating was correct it was 2003 NACS show, Custom Nutrition Labs out of Texas invented the 2oz. Energy Shot, Shotz – They agreed to mutually work together until Chaser (5 Hour) tricked them out of the formula, they set up another producer to copack the product for less money, effectively cutting CNL’s throat. Years of legal battles later, 5 Hour paid out a huge settlement to keep it quiet.
