Celebrate Seasonal Flavors at Booth #401
Erlanger, KY (June 20, 2012) – WILD Flavors, Inc. (WILD) is exhibiting at the IFT Show in Las Vegas, from June 26 – 28th. WILD will be showcasing innovative concepts containing flavors and colors, as well as healthy, and specialty ingredients that meet the trends of today and tomorrow. To emphasize the various combinations, WILD is displaying many of the ideas in a “Flavors of the Seasons” format, whereby the creativity is shown by seasonal attributes reminiscent of Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring.
In preparation for the 2012 IFT, WILD has developed food and beverage concepts that deliver the highest quality flavor creation and innovation by showcasing exciting products from coconut water infused, non-alcoholic Strawberry Melon Mojitos to Filled Licorice with Immunel™ for immune support. Each product utilizes a unique WILD capability and is presented in varied applications and seasonal inspired flavors. WILD has centralized the healthy and specialty ingredients within the middle of the exhibit, and will emphasize its new capabilities for Mint from A.M. Todd Acquisition, and Stevia with Taste Modification Technologies. The concepts will include a few items where the mint and stevia technologies are combined for unique products and tastes including items such as: Double Chocolate Mint Brownies, Peppermint & Spearmint Hard Candy, Mint Lemonade sweetened with Stevia, Harvest Berry 50 Calorie Juice beverage, and Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies.
