WALDWICK, N.J. — Artiste, a global flavor and fragrance specialty ingredient company, announced today that Dolores Avezzano will be joining their staff as Director of Strategic Accounts. In this position, Ms. Avezzano will utilize her extensive knowledge and long-standing relationships in the flavor, food and beverage industries to further expand Artiste’s growing customer base.
Dolores has over 37 years of experience in the flavor industry with an expertise in managing strategic accounts. Prior to joining Artiste, she was an Account Manager at Kerry Ingredients, formerly Cargill, where she served as a key relationship manager in the development of new business with a focus on promoting natural aroma chemicals to industry leading accounts. Earlier, she was Senior Purchasing Projects Specialist for Pepsico, Inc. She is a graduate of Long Island University with a M.B.A. in Marketing and of Mercy College with a B.S. in Management.

Additionally, Dolores is on the Board of Women in Flavor & Fragrance Commerce (WFFC) and was bestowed their respected Woman of the Year title in 2001. She was instrumental in establishing WFFC Chapters in both Cincinnati and Chicago and is the current Chairperson of the Long Range Planning Committee. She is also past President and current Board member of the Chemical Sources Association (CSA). During her years at Pepsi, she sat on the Board of Directors of the local affiliate and district level Boards of the National Association of Purchasing Management (Now ISM).
