Customer Focus Teams coordinate services for optimal process utilization and productivity

FRANKLIN, TN, 9 October 2013 — High pressure processing (HPP) leader Avure Technologies has launched a new HPP Equipment Services and Support (ESS) program to maximize customer return on investment by sustaining Avure HPP systems throughout an extended equipment lifecycle.

Rebuilt from the ground up and incorporating industry best practices, the world-class service platform seamlessly integrates every phase of customer HPP adoption–from definition of system requirements and operational readiness to on-going lifecycle support and system maintenance–with a constant eye on improved performance and
customer profitability.

Equipped with a solid understanding of each site’s applications, operations, and business requirements, team members are assigned to own the customer relationship and work in tandem to coordinate the many activities necessary for optimal process utilization and performance.

Among the highlights of the ESS program:

–onsite services and layout support, including more rapid and efficient installation and commissioning; in-depth, new-system training; and HPP equipment integration into existing processing lines.

–in-depth and ongoing operator, maintenance, and repair training that focuses on continuous improvement, maximizing throughput, and boosting productivity.

–global 24 x 7 telephone hotline for rapid response, plus a constantly monitored email system to communicate detailed information and less urgent service requests and a direct channel for accessing replacement parts.

–online knowledgebase of critical information, such as manuals, maintenance videos, inspection schedules, service bulletins, and best practice and troubleshooting tips.

“The new ESS platform further enhances our ability to support the entire family of Avure premium HPP presses, including the market-leading 100L and 350L, and, now, our newest system, the high-volume 525L,” Rutherford notes.

Introduced at PACK EXPO at the end of September, the Avure QFP 525L-600 (525 liters) is the largest-volume high pressure processing system available to date. The 525L is currently being built at the company’s new manufacturing facility in Middletown, Ohio, and will be completed in November.
