Wixon Names AnneMarie Kraszewski R&D Lab Manager, Industrial Ingredients

b8f61e3c15071cbd_orgST. FRANCIS, Wis. – AnnMarie Kraszewski has been named R&D Lab Manager, Industrial Ingredients Division for Wixon, a manufacturer of seasonings, flavors, ingredients, and consumer products for the food and beverage industry.

Kraszewski’s responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the Industrial Ingredients lab including product testing, matching seasonings and finished products, and new product development; and assisting the Vice President Research and Development in formulating and initiating new programs and procedures, which lead the company to achieve growth and profitable goals.

Kraszewski has been a Food Scientist for Wixon since 2011, developing new product formulations and supporting customers in Wixon’s Industrial Ingredients Division, with a focus on snacks.

Prior to joining Wixon, she served as a Food Scientist for Kerry Ingredients & Flavours and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science from Marquette University in 2001. Kraszewski is a member of the Wisconsin and National Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), and is an annual presenter for UW-Waukesha GEMS (Girls Engineering, Math & Science) program.

A native of Golden Valley, Minn., she resides in Milwaukee with her husband and their two children.
