  • The FDA's Environmental Law Foundation-prompted testing of canned products from companies including Del Monte Foods, Hansen Beverage Co and Motts revealed that these items did contain levels of lead – as the ELF had claimed. However,the FDA said that the levels "would not pose an unacceptable risk to health" in a recently released statement. Link
