  • The Coca-Cola Co., Inc.‘s insistence that it was committed to its franchise bottler model while quietly working on a deal to acquire Coca-Cola Enterprises’ North American operations cost the company credibility on Wall Street, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
