Manufacturer's Brand Overview: [Edit] In July of 2000 a four year old cancer patient named Alexandra "Alex" Scott announced a seemingly simple idea- to hold a lemonade stand on her front lawn to raise money to help "her doctors" find a cure for kids with cancer. For the next four years despite deteriorating health Alex held an annual lemonade stand to raise money for childhood cancer research. Following her inspirational example, children, schools, businesses and organizations have held thousands of lemonade stands across the country, all to benefit Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer. Together, over $6 million has been raised to fight childhood cancer. Alex continually amazed and inspired all who knew her with her positive outlook and incredible strength. Alex passed away in August of 2004, but her memory and legacy live on through all who support her cause.. finding a cure for childhood cancer. Now, in the spirit of all the charitable lemonade stands held in Alex's name, we proudly introduce Alex's Lemonade and Alex's Pink Lemonade, available in 20 fl. oz. bottles for the consumer market place. These hot filled products are only made with the highest quality ingredients, real lemon juice and other natural flavors. Alex's Lemonades are great tasting and vitamin C enriched making them a fun healthy choice among consumers. Help us find a cure "one bottle at a time."
