BevNET Review: The light variety of Awake is a different formulation than its counterpart, using a 30% juice blend and artificial sweeteners ace-k and sucralose. The fruit taste is quite muted compared to the full strength version and finishes up with a more pronounced aftertaste. That being said, we very much prefer the full strength variety over this one. There's probably a different blend of fruits -- or a slightly increased amount of juice -- that could help this product achieve a more enjoyable taste. Otherwise, it's a drinkable product, but we think the gap is a bit big between the two flavors.
