BevNET Review: While Green Apple’s bright green, candy-like color certainly has pop, it also conflicts with the health-focused benefits (“water, fruit, vitamins”) listed on the label. Just like the color, the flavor is candy-like, but, like the other varieties, it is light in body and substance. We might like to see a touch of salt in the flavor – which would make it taste more like a sports drink. Regardless, the bright green color was a bit of a turn off for us, and while it did quench our thirst, we’d likely reach for one of the other flavors.
