BevNET Review: There's a nice note of caramel that hits your nose as soon as you pop the top of this carefully crafted USDA and Fair Trade soda. However, that same caramel is a bit too strong in the body of the drink, resulting in a slight candy like flavor to the finish. We think that making the coffee flavor a bit stronger (or the caramel a bit lighter) would be the right course of action for Java Pop. Still, there's something about the product that we find extremely enjoyable -- if not outright addicting. Definitely worth a try.Reviewed on: 7/12/2007

Espresso

BevNET Review: When we saw an espresso flavored soda as part of the Java Pop line, we were expecting something with a stronger brew of coffee than the other flavors. However, that's not how this product drinks. Instead, it has a pretty mellow taste to it, which technically we'd classify as a coffee flavor rather than espresso. Semantics aside, this flavor is definitely enjoyable to drink. The coffee flavor is pleasing, but not overwhelming, with a light level of sweetness to it. Aside from possibly renaming this flavor, we wouldn't change a thing.Reviewed on: 7/17/2007

Mocha

BevNET Review: If, for some strange reason, you have something against Vanilla, perhaps Mocha is for you. The flavor is the same quality as the others -- USDA organic and Fair Trade certified, evaporated cane juice, and, of course, coffee -- but with a light mocha flavor. The packaging, which looks like a standard super premium CSD bottle, delivers the goods, with prominent placement of the USDA Organic and Fair Trade Certified labels on the neck of the bottle. Overall, it's a great tasting product that, while light on coffee flavor, has a mainstream feeling to it.Reviewed on: 7/17/2007

Vanilla

BevNET Review: Vanilla flavored Java Pop is a well-executed organic soda that uses a light coffee body as its base. The coffee is then combined with a lightly creamy vanilla flavor and sweetened with evaporated cane juice. The resulting product is one that will appeal to the coffee drinker and the soda drinker alike. Java Pop's packaging is simple and clean, with the eye immediately focusing on the USDA Organic and Fair Trade Certified logos. Overall, a very well executed product.Reviewed on: 7/12/2007
