grew up on "Nemasket Springs" birch beer. Too bad it looks like they are out of business.

Birch Soda, Where art Thou

One of my little obsessions in life was tracking down more of this stuff. I'd never heard of Birch Soda but it was great. Make some more now or I'll hold my breath until I turn blue!!!
