BevNET Review: Mix 1's "Mix Berry" features a mash up of fruit flavors that will be familiar to anyone who has ever had berry flavored yogurt in the US market (and no, this isn't a yogurt based product). It's hard to pick out the individual flavors from this product (we notice notes of strawberry and blueberry), but fortunately for Mix 1, it's still a pretty pleasant tasting drink. The packaging, which uses a red colored label, has a functional vibe to it -- but, on the other hand, it lacks something in terms of general aesthetics, especially when it is competing for shelf space with more colorfully designed products. Overall, a nice balance of flavor and substance in a unique looking bottle.

Great Drink, Perfect for Active People with Celiac Disease

These drinks taste pretty to be protein/health drinks. I drink one about an hour before i go running, or weight training. Having Celiac Disease its really hard to find drinks and almost impossible to find energy/protein bars. These drinks are free of gluten, lactose, soy, and caffeine so they accommodate almost anyone. At Kroger Market Place these where like the only drinks down the health food aile that where gluten free and I was really excited to find them I was afraid id have to special order something off line. They are extremely good for you and loaded with vitamins. The only complaint I have about these drinks are the fact that they do have about 22g of sugar. I try to stay away from sugar, but for these drinks ill make an exception.

One of best protein drinks I have tried

I think this is a great product having purchased it right after my last two mid-day work outs. Great taste, ingredients appear to be all natural with nice mix of anti-oxidants, some protein, reasonable level of carbs, etc. What I really like is how satisfied I feel after drinking it. I have been snacking post a light lunch for the last few months and putting on some weight. The Mix1 drink has eliminated my afternoon cravings. Great job with this product!

I stopped by my local QFC and saw this product on the shelf. I thought "I'll try that", I usually like odd and even bizarre foods. First of all, it says "best when chilled and shaken". Umm, yeah when they shake I think they mean once. As I had the misfortune of shaking about 6 times. And when I went to open the bottle, the contents went everywhere. Good thing I was only at work where that doesn't matter. Next, I managed to try some and it tasted like spoiled, fermented celery. Not a beverage I will be trying again. Regards, Dan Wade
