Update Information for This Brand

Manufacturer's Brand Overview: [Edit]
O.N.E. currently has a line of four products. The first product is 100% natural coconut water, which is the water inside a young green coconut. It is naturally filtered for nine months through the dense fibers of the coconut creating a nutritious, pure and refreshing isotonic beverage. O.N.E. Amazon Acai is made from fresh Acai fruit grown naturally (wildly) in the middle of the Amazon Rainforest. Our wonderful Acai has more antioxidants than pomegranates, and is rich in Omega 3,6, & 9, as well as Amino Acids, Vitamin B & E Minerals, and Ellagic Acid. O.N.E. Coffee Berry Juice is a super-high antioxidant, naturally caffeinated fresh juice. O.N.E. Coffee Berry juice retains the important nutrients and the nutrient value of the whole coffee berry (berry + bean). Many of the beneficial nutrients of the whole coffee berry are thrown away when coffee beans are processed or destroyed when the beans are roasted. O.N.E. Cashew Juice is a nutritious beverage with a fresh, light and naturally sweet tropical flavor. It is made from the fruit of the cashew, and contains no nuts.

Coconut Water with Mango

Product Type:Juice: Coconut Water and Juice; Container:
BevNET Review: The Mango variety of O.N.E. with a Splash is our favorite flavor of the lineup. It has the perfect pairing of coconut and tropical mango flavor, which has been sweetened with cane juice. The moderately sweet drink provides a nice dose of indulgent fruit flavor, while also hitting your body with the replenishing electrolytes found in coconut water. The resulting mix is something that’s easy to chug, which makes the 8.5 oz. size a bit of a bummer. A larger size would be nice down the road, but for now, they’ve done a good job decorating this product’s Tetra Pak container. The reflective package has some nice pop to it, while bright photos of mangoes are placed towards the bottom of the container. With a smaller package and a somewhat similar color scheme, our only concern for this product is its ability to stand up against the competition on a store shelf. Regardless, we think that it’s a smart move for O.N.E. to move into the flavored coconut water space. And with this flavor, they’ve certainly put their best foot forward.

Coconut Water with Passion Fruit

Product Type:Juice: Coconut Water and Juice; Container:
BevNET Review: In many ways, the Passion Fruit flavor of O.N.E. with a Splash tastes like a close cousin of the Pineapple variety. The biggest difference is that this variety is a bit more mellow tasting, with a slightly less fruity flavor. While Passionfruit is very drinkable and mixes well with the coconut water, we’re not really sold on having tropical fruit flavors that are so similar. The same goes for the packaging, which uses a slightly darker yellow shade that’s very similar to pineapple. Again, it’s not a bad flavor, but having two that are so close doesn’t seem like it will help anything. We’ll stick with the Pineapple variety.

Coconut Water with Pineapple

Product Type:Juice: Coconut Water and Juice; Container:
BevNET Review: There’s a pretty hefty note of pineapple juice to this product, which makes for a nice tasting mixture when paired with the mellow flavor of the coconut water. Compared with some of the other fruit juice flavored coconut water products that are more sweet, O.N.E.’s effort truly does qualify as having a “splash” of fruit flavor. On the other hand, it comes in a smaller, 250 ml size, which might reduce the value proposition in the mind of the consumer. Still, they’ve done a nice job with the packaging, creating a bright looking package that has a positive vibe to it. It’s pretty easy to spot the flavor, as well as the “function” of the drink (electrolytes), so it fits the bill from our point of view. However, compared to the competition, who all more or less use blue color palates in their packaging, we’re not sure if O.N.E.’s entry will be able to achieve its own identify – or simply be viewed as a commodity. Overall, very enjoyable flavor inside the box, but the package could use a bit more to differentiate itself from the competition.

Coconut Water with Pink Guava

Product Type:Juice: Coconut Water and Juice; Container:
BevNET Review: Mixing guava juice with coconut water works quite well, which makes the Pink Guava variety of O.N.E. with a Splash quite an enjoyable entry. Like all good guava juice, it has a bit of grit to it, plus it adds a dose of tropical fruit flavor to the mix. You can still taste the coconut water, although it’s much more of a secondary flavor when compared to the guava. They’ve sweetened the product with cane juice and also added Vitamin C, which results in something that’s sweet, but hydrating, and definitely pleasing to the palate. The packaging of the product is like the other O.N.E. products (and competitors) in that it’s in a TetraPak, which leaves the artwork as the only means of differentiating. They’ve done a nice job with the colors of the package, with the splash of pink providing some nice contrast to the shiny blue coating that’s used for the base color. From our point of view, this is also the one that visually stands out from the lineup – brighter colors have a tendency to do that. Overall, although it’s probably not as marketable as the others, we like the flavor quite a bit and it has the most eye catching packaging of the bunch.
