Strawberries & Cream and Pepsi Cola…what an interesting combination. The sweet strawberries and cream flavor actually blends reasonably well with the Pepsi flavor, which is especially impressive given that this is a diet product. There's a mild amount of aftertaste, but the sweetness and fruit flavors help hide it quite a bit. Overall, it's a pretty pleasant drinking experience. Like the other flavor of Jazz, our biggest concern is with the brand itself -- what exactly does "Jazz" mean and who will it appeal to? The colorful label will likely catch many consumer eyes, but it simply doesn't seem like a brand that will resonate with a large chunk of Pepsi's consumers as it otherwise looks and feels exactly like a standard Pepsi product. Perhaps if Pepsi took it a step further and used a different bottle than the stock Pepsi PET, they'd have a product that is actually "jazzed" up.
