BevNET Review: The second honey flavored drink in the lineup is this one, Honey Lemon Aloe. This variety also uses green tea as its base, which has been sweetened with sugar and honey. It’s light, with just the right amount of sweetness and a splash of lemon, with a touch of green tea flavor in between. However, there’s no aloe in the drink -- so why is it in the tile? This might confuse the label-reading consumer. We're also left wondering whether or not this lineup needs two “honey” flavors? While this one isn't bad, we’re more partial to the Honey Eucalyptus variety. The “herbal blend” in this variety includes honey, green tea, lemon peel, tulsi leaf, and lemongrass. Packaging is on par with the other flavors, but again, this flavor looks extremely similar to the Honey Eucalyptus variety. Overall, we enjoyed Honey Lemon Aloe, but we’d enjoy it a lot more if there wasn’t another flavor that was so similar.

No Aloe?

I just tried this for the first time today and have to say I loved it! I also noticed it had no aloe and actually called and left a message on the Adina hotline. I usually just ignore stuff like this, but for such a great drink it is a pretty bad advertising move, unless they just forgot to put it on the label. The funny thing is that the aloe was the first thing I looked for, too.
