Very good, but unfortunately, I've never been able to equate drinking carbonated beverages during strenuous sports activities. It doesn't work as a sports drink, but as a regular beverage it's pretty good.

Tried the new formula yesterday...

After my optometrist appointment i swung by 7-Eleven to try the new, non-carbonated All Sport. Well it passed the thirst-quenching test after volleyball, but I can't recommend this drink based on its taste: You remember those animal-shaped multivitamins you chewed as a kid? Well apparently Monarch Beverages decided it would be smart to grind them up and plop them in a sports drink... More to come because I've gotta go to 7th period!

Good stuff. Not a good sports drink.

Being the orange nazi that I am, I would highly recommend this drink to anyone following my order. I cannot, however, recommend this drink to athletes. It is too similar to soda and does not sell well with prolonged physical activity. Also, don't drink too much; that's a bad idea. Moderation in all things my friend.
