Drink it at work has great taste also drink it while deerhunting keeps you alert nothing gets by won't hunt without it.

Helps endurance

I ride and race bicycles. Drinking an AMP Overdrive before a long ride or high intensity race seems to really increase my time to exhaustion. Has no effect on long term hydration either which is important. I definately feel a difference when I don't drink one v.s. when I do.

I am hooked. This drink gets me going as far as energy and it keeps me regular(bathroom). I can't start my day without it.
