BevNET Review: We're really not a fan of this drink's flavor or packaging. First, there's the grape flavor, which tastes very unnatural and is syrupy in finish. Second, there's the packaging, which feels generic and is generally unattractive due to its text heavy appearance. Really, the product lacks personality, which, to compare it with Monster Energy, a competitor, this product feels too corporate and lacks personality. Overall, we're definitely not fans of this product.

The Grape is probably the best tasting of all the flavors. Mind you this is an energy drink and by nature none of them are truly super flavorable. That being said, Grape is the best of the lot. People are over judging I believe. Energy drinks are like beer, to me, none of them truly tastes great. It's simply a question of tolerability. I drink Amp or Red Bull for, of course, the extra kick. They're all basically the same, and you either are a fan of grape, or you're not. If you like grape and you like Amp, this combo works in my opinion. It is not a grape drink. These are all energy drinks with a "hint" of flavor.

I never really liked energy drinks before because they generally have a bad after taste.But I decided I would try AMP because In my town they had a small promotion for the store and AMP was the center of attention. So I tried AMP (Maintain) Man It tasted great and no weird after taste. As Of today I have drank 600 and still liken the taste. Thanks for the Charge Of Grape. Outstanding.. "T"

i love the grape amp for this one reason...MAINTAIN...that is it's original purpose, not to send you into overhaul or have you overly energized, you simply take sips throughout your day,I work 12 hours days and it keeps me focused and my consistency is maintained, i like the flavor simply because most energy drinks taste so bitter, a drink does not have to taste bad to be good and AMP IS GOOOOOOD!

i love all the flavors, i drink an AMP early in the morning to get me going with my work out. i find it nice and smooth and very tasty.nice product and it does not wire me out.my workouts are more powerful!!!!!

I love the Purple Traction Amp....I love it..i dont understand why people think the can is ugly looking...thats why i picked it out because the cans looked cool!!...and and Traction is my favorite one:)!!

I was at the movies last saturday with my girlfriend and we shared one and when we were done the first thing my girlfriend said was why didnt we drink some fanta instead the bottom line is it stinks

As soon as I saw Amp released a few extension flavors, i hunted for and grabbed all 3 new cans. I was pumped to see Amp trying something new, because quite honestly, they were getting stale. I realize that Amp's popularity is at an all-time high with their venture in NHL and NASCAR, but I was just bored with the same old flavor. So I decided to let Amp Traction be my first victim. This one intrigued me a bit, because it reminded me of the old Mountain Dew Pitch Black based on the purple can. The packaging is not attractive at all, littered with big text and a very faint purple. The first scent i very similar to Pitch Black, but the drink itself is mediocre. The flavor is simply grape, carbonated, and so syrupy that i was practically chewing the drink (exageration). Honestly, I was extremely disappionted by Traction, and I just don't see this flavor lasting very long. It is too hard to finish a whole can, and the flavor is below average. Final Analysis: Amp needs to get back on track!
