BevNET Review:
Lime is a surprisingly good complement to the coconut juice and Amy & Brian's product has done a good job of finding the right balance of the two flavors. Still, there's a big problem with the branding and packaging of this product. Specifically, it's nearly impossible to distinguish the flavors (they look so similar) and the ribbed steel can is unattractive and bulky.

Amy & Brian Coconut Juice Pulp Free

BevNET Review:
As with the original "with pulp" variety, the biggest issue with this product is its packaging, which is less than attractive. Its bulky 17.5 size feels clunky and is simply too large for a product that is not going to be familiar to the American palate. Yes, there are ethnic consumers who will probably get this product, but we can't justify a positive rating of this product when more attractive products exist. Given that this is basically a commodity product, the flavor is on par with competing products and has the standard mellow young coconut flavor. While it's refreshing and presumably has health benefits from the high electrolyte content, it's hard to get excited about this product.

Amy & Brian All Natural Coconut Juice with Pulp is the latest in the group of Asian coconut juice imports we have seen lately. We have to say this is the best one we�ve tried. It is sweet, yet it has no added sugar and only 10 grams of natural sugar per 8 oz serving. The chunks of young coconut pulp float perfectly in the drink, almost unnaturally suspended in the liquid. But there is nothing unnatural about this product (see the ingredient list). We would love to give this product a high rating, but we balk at the packaging. The ribbed, steel can is a disservice to an otherwise fine drink. Put in a different package, this product could really set a trend in the health foods channel. Until then, it will likely be limited to a small, ethnic customer base.
