Manufacturer's Brand Overview: [Edit]
Anteadote is pure, unsweetened tea, made with fresh tea leaves, not concentrate. Unlike the bottled teas found in your grocery, Anteadote contains no additives or preservatives. Filtered water, tea leaves, and vitamin C are its only ingredients. The results are pure refreshment and an abundance of health benefits. If you are looking to increase your consumption of tea, Anteadote is the answer: Health benefits and great taste in one convenient package. Available in four varieties: Green, Black, White and Jasmine.

Pure Black Tea
Category: Tea: Sweetened; Packaging: 16.9 fl oz (500 ml) plastic
BevNET Review:
This unsweetened black tea is smooth, full-bodied, and manages to avoid tasting vegetal or bitter. It’s a gorgeously amber colored high-end product that’s likely to appeal to the dedicated tea consumer and it will be assisted by a beautifully-crafted, simple package with a shrink-wrapped label and lovely rectangular bottle, much like those made by the Japanese giant Ito EN. But with a label like this – and the added benefit of a heaping (yet undetectable) dosage of vitamin C – it’s a tale of the tape for which is best.

Pure Jasmine Tea
Category: Tea: Sweetened; Packaging: 16.9 fl oz (500 ml) plastic
BevNET Review:
While Pure Jasmine Tea is definitely not for the Snapple drinkers of the world, it is definitely the most palatable of the Anteadote flavors. The jasmine tea has a very subtle and natural hint of sweetness to it which makes it an enjoyable brew. However, the design of the bottle and the plain feeling of this product make it something that will, like the other varieties, have limited appeal beyond consumers who already consume unsweetened tea. Still, the consumers that do try it will find a versatile product that tea can be enjoyed hot or cold. Improvements to the packaging and a dash of sweetener -- perhaps something natural like honey -- would broaden its appeal.

Pure White Tea
Category: Tea: Sweetened; Packaging: 16.9 fl oz (500 ml) plastic
BevNET Review:
The key word to Anteadote's Pure White Tea is "pure" as this product is nothing more than bare-bones brewed white tea. The plain Jane bottle is clearly designed with the tea purist in mind. It's clean and simple, but generic. On the inside of the bottle, you'll find a perfect brew of unsweetened white tea. It's a well-done brew that's smooth and clean -- steeped to perfection. However, the unsweetened formulation and plain bottle do have a downside: niche marketability. Realistically, this product is being purchased only buy tea connoisseurs or those that frequent tea houses. The lack of sweetness may be a plus for those counting carbs or calories, but it's definitely limiting what this product can do. Technically speaking, this product is well done, but we'll stick with Inko's.

Pure Green Tea
Category: Tea: Sweetened; Packaging: 16.9 fl oz (500 ml) plastic
BevNET Review:
Anteadote Pure Green Tea is, technically speaking, a great green tea beverage. There's really not much that we can say against this product -- it's just straight up Dragon Well green tea. While this product definitely does not have mainstream market appeal, it is definitely a product that tea purists can enjoy. Unlike Ito En (perhaps the closest product we'd use for comparison purposes), Anteadote has a much more Americanized and visually appealing label. This being said, we give Anteadote a good rating for being an overall well executed product.
