Singlehandedly responsible for me finishing my thesis
I'm a grad student with a very high tolerance to caffeine. I generally drink energy drinks out of necessity, rather than for enjoyment. This is the first energy drink that I can say I honestly enjoy the flavor. The pomegranate seems to blend and mute the strength of the herbal energy components (this seems common among all the pomegranate flavored beverages, including Rockstar and others).
What sets Arizona's lite pomegranate apart is the fairly light application of flavors. If you think most energy drinks are too syrupy-sweet (most sodas too, for that matter) then this is the drink for you.
I realize that the herbal and energy content of this drink is basically the same as all the others out there. For some reason, I seem to consistently get more of a boost out of this one than I do any others, maybe it's the green tea, who knows. All I am sure of is that I would never have finished my master's thesis without these babies.

My new drink of choice
I was so impressed with the wonderful refreshing flavor and slight carbonation of this drink that I emailed all of my friends to recommend that they give it a try. I wish I had the word power to convey its unique taste and I wish I could find it locally. I was at a Dollar Tree in another town and picked up a can just to give it a try. Judging from the other reviews, you'll either love it or not like it at all - but you won't know til you try - I'm very glad I did just that.

I HAVE TRIED "ALL" ARIZONA FLAVORS SO FAR EXCEPT THIS ONE IF THE FLAVOR IS ANYTHING LIKE ALL THE OTHERS I WILL BE DRINKING THIS TEA ALMOST EVERY DAY OR OTHER DAY AS I DO THE OTHERS. PLEASE DISTRIBUTE MORE OF THE POMEGRANATE FLAVOR TO THE BRONX NEWYORK.
Ok, so I bought this out of the blue today at my local ALDI store. If you have one near you, go and see if they have this drink...it is AMAZING! I purchased it for $1.29 for a 16 oz can, which is cheap compared to what I have found it for on here. I LOVE the taste! I took a drink and asked my hubby to try it. He looked at me and said, "It is the worst thing I have ever tasted. It felt like a mouthful of dust!" So maybe you have to have a taste for this stuff, but I think he's nuts. It tastes so refreshing to me. The flavor of Pomegranate is apparent which is a wonderful fruit. It is the 3rd ingredient on the list. The first is brewed green tea filtered, followed by sucrose, then pomegrante and apple juice from concentrate and so on..... You must give this a try! I am not big on energy drinks, but I must tell you, this takes the cake! I have felt wonderful since the first sip today about 9 hours ago. I am still going at 11:30(which could be a problem, we will see...)LOL... Just try it!
A true story, I was completely physically exhausted, after walking my two dogs on a recent doggie weekend. I was hardly able to stand by the time I got home, we walked so much, I thought I would just have to take a nap. Instead, I drank a can of Arizona Pomergrante/Green Tea Energy Drink and discoverted that I as completely, completely refreshed after drinking it! My physical exhaustion disappeared, I felt no tiredness whatsoever and the flavor, what can I say, but, WOW! I'm on the web now searching for where I can purchase it, it's hard to find in my neighborhood and expensive. It has a refreshing taste that is very delicious and clean tasting. The Taurine, milk thistle and pomergrante all ad to the true value of a drink well worth the money, and well work the drinking. Arizona, you have a real first class, premium grade winner of an energy drink! My congratulations to you and where can I buy it at a reasonable price? I would give this drink ten golden stars if I could. The proof is in the tasting. If you try it, believe me, you will go out of your way to buy it as I am! Drink up.
