BevNET Review: Featuring berry, apple, and banana flavors, Arthur's Very Berry is your standard fare smoothie flavor. While it's not really an innovative flavor, it's certainly one that could be a staple of the line -- especially since the execution of the formulation is spot on. It doesn't taste overly "cooked", which is a plus, as is the balance of flavors that they seem to have achieved. Packaging is decent, but really busy, especially with the very small multilingual text that's all over the bottle. Overall, great taste but appearance could use some cleanup.Reviewed on: 6/3/2008

BevNET Review: Despite the name "Carrot Energizer," there's really not a lot of carrot flavor to the product. Instead, we taste apple, banana, and mango, with just a slight splash of carrot to the finish. Don't get us wrong, we're not complaining -- carrot juice isn't exactly as enjoyable as a sweet fruit mixture. At any rate, we really like the flavor of this product but, like the other flavors, we think that the text on the front panel is too small/busy. The biggest issue being that the name of the flavor "Carrot Energizer" is way too small. Moving it to where the "Smoothies" text is would be a big improvement.Reviewed on: 6/3/2008

BevNET Review: Mango Plus is a simple combination of apple, mango, banana, and lemon juice, which results in a very fresh and natural flavor. It's extremely enjoyable, with just the right balance of the three core fruit juices that make it up. Packaging is attractive and certainly whets the appetite, but we can't help but wish for better treatment of text on the front panel. BevNET Review: Acai Plus is, at least in terms of appearance, a better, more polished product than the first three flavors that we sampled. Specifically, they've kept the front panel a bit cleaner and placed the name of the flavor in a more prominent position. As for the flavor, Acai Plus is similar to the other products in the lineup in the sense that it has a banana flavored base. Beyond that, the product has enjoyable notes of acai, cherry, and boysenberry flavor, complete with a touch of acai grit to the finish. BevNET Review: Of the Arthur's lineup, Goji Plus certainly has the most exotic ingredient list and resulting flavor. Featuring goji berry, lychee, pineapple, and Arthur's standard banana and lemon, Goji Plus tastes like a berry and pineapple mixture with a bit of bite at the end. The biggest issue for this drink are general issues for goji, which is that the tomato like imagery and the name "goji" don't exactly whet the appetite. However, Arthur's has made a fair effort with it, keeping the look consistent with the other flavors. Definitely worth a try.Reviewed on: 6/3/2008

BevNET Review: Green Energy is a blend of apple, banana, passionfruit, plum, lemon, spirulina, flax seed oil, and wheat and barley grasses, which, as you might imagine, give the drink a very earthy flavor. It's good, but a bit sweet, and at 230 calories per bottle we think that it might scare away some of the health conscious consumers that this drink would otherwise appeal to. Packaging uses the "small font" style that we cited in previous reviews, with the flavor name buried amongst a sea of other small text. BevNET Review: With so many pomegranate flavored drinks currently on the market, we were pleased to see that Arthur's took a slightly different direction in formulating their drink. In this case, the addition of apple juice and banana puree, which are used throughout the Arthur's line, help give the drink a bit of depth that is often lacking in many of the overly tart pomegranate drinks that are out there. Our biggest concerns for this drink are packaging, which isn't consistent across the brand AND is difficult to open, and the nutritional panel, which weighs in at 220 calories per bottle. Still, if you're in the market for a high quality juice product, this is definitely one to try.Reviewed on: 6/3/2008
