BevNET Review: Right from the first sip of Base, we noticed that it really has some pop to it. The citrus / berry flavor is mildly sweet and quite bitter, which results in an eye squinting reaction the first time you try it. Overall, we like this product, but the downside is that it is so bitter that we have to sip it very slowly -- which potentially impacts the repeat buy potential. Reviewed on: 4/9/2003
