I finally found a bottle of Bibi Cafe in a small neigboorhood store; I hadn't had Bibi Cafe in 10 years and missed it! Bibi Cafe is sweet, but not overbearing, with a nice full coffee flavor. You can drink it plain or with a little milk or cream. I tried to make something like it for myself while it took it's 10 year absence but never quite got it right. I'm so glad it's back.
