BevNET Review: Lots of strong apple flavor in what would otherwise be a pretty unremarkable energy drink. The folks at Bliss have done a fine job of getting rid of the caffeine aftertaste, but by adding high-fructose corn syrup to the mix, they leave a syrupy coating that’s not super pleasant. It’s also got a very menacing dark color to it, kind of like a dark molasses. The can is a mellow shade of orange and blue, but it’s almost indistinguishable from its sugar-free version, so that could lead to confusion. But all in all, definitely something worth trying – if you can find it.
