Made with unpasteurized raw ingredients, including romaine, celery, cucumber, apple, spinach, kale, parsley, lemon, and ginger, Blue Print’s “Green” is designed as a cleanse product. Since the ingredients are raw, the drink is both pricey and has a very short shelf life (3 days). From a flavor perspective, the product is oddly addictive, with a strong vegetable flavor that eventually gives way to a slightly sweet gingery finish. The balance of the two flavors is what makes this product something unique, enjoyable, and very smooth. That’s much more than we can say for your typical “green” smoothie beverage. Packaging is a clear 16 oz. PET bottle with a blue cap and minimalist lettering on a clear label. They’ve placed all the ingredients on the front of the bottle, which speaks directly to the product’s raw and honest formulation. Perhaps the only thing that’s slightly unappealing is the drink’s color, but that obviously cannot be changed with the chosen ingredients. All in all, this is an amazing product for what it is, which is a niche, super premium, high priced (over $6 at retail) juice product. Definitely worth a try if you see it.
