BevNET Review: BooKoo Jugo has a flavor that basically tastes like Fanta, which is good, if you like a super-charged Fanta/CSD, but the flavor is slightly less fruity and complex than other energy/juice blends. Jugo does, however, pack plenty of energy punch. The bright orange can has a barb wire looking design to it, making it stand out from the rest of the BooKoo lineup. Plus, there's the name "Jugo" which is an attempt to attract Spanish-speaking consumers. We would, however, like to see the Jugo name placed a bit more prominently on the label. Overall, a good entry into the juice/energy hybrid category. Our only suggestion is to improve the fruit juice flavor -- it has a bit too much white grape flavor to it in its current form.
