BevNET Review: This is our favorite flavor of the Bossa Nova acai flavors. As the name implies, this product is a very enjoyable mixture of acai juice and blueberry juice, with agave nectar, natural flavors, and citric acid. The mild base of acai is nicely complemented by the addition of the blueberry, which adds both a new dimension of flavor and takes some of the emphasis away from the quality of the acai juice. However, we’d love to see just a touch more blueberry flavor to the mix, which would help the product achieve an even more natural tasting flavor. Packaging is just like the other Bossa Nova flavors, which means that it’s attractive and distinct, with a cool looking 10 oz. bottle that has just a touch of flair. In addition, blueberry should also add a bit of appeal to this product based on its well known antioxidant benefits. Overall, the best of the acai flavors.
