So this is what pure acai with agave tastes like – Cran-Grape. Not bad. We like Cran-Grape. And this is, at least, a high-antioxidant version of Cran Grape. And it tastes a bit better than Cran-Grape, too, just a little more exotic, perhaps due to the agave and “botanical flavors” that the folks at Bossa Nova have added. We definitely like the packaging; the purple painted-on label fits the little capsule-style bottle well, giving it a very pleasing and attractive shelf presence. Our only issue is with the thickness of the product, which is a bit overbearing. Still, folks who like the benefits of acai will be pleasantly surprised that this is what a straight acai drink with agave tastes like. Especially if they like Cran-Grape.
