BevNET Review: Briar's Birch Beer is a light and refreshing beverage. It is not as heavy as the root beer and it is much easier to drink. This beverage has a subtle spice to it that kept us coming back for more. Also, the birch beer seems a little less carbonated than the sarsaparilla and root beer. Briar's has once again made a fine brew that the BevNET just could not get enough of.
