BevNET Review: Briar's Red Birch Beer is a refreshing brew of birch beer that uses pure cane sugar. As for the flavor, we like it -- but it's a little milder than we tend to like our birch beer. The birch flavor itself is quite good and relatively creamy. Overall, a great product that could be just a tad sweeter.

A nice touch, not overpowering and yet there's a taste that can be discerned as birch beer. Excellent product.

i love cola sodas and very rarely try anything different. my father made me try this red birch beer.it was delicious. i am going to try some of the other flavors.
