Billing itself as an "Enriched Beverage Blend", an entire bottle contains 90% of the calcium and 100% of the Vitamin C Daily Recommended Intakes. At the same time, Cal-C contains only 70 calories per 8 oz. serving due to its use of Ace-K sweetener. Overall, we love the flavor and the nutritional qualities of this beverage.
