BevNET Review: Crayon’s' second attempt at Kiwi Strawberry is much improved over the original. First, it seems to have an aroma and flavor that actually reflects the advertised fruits. There’s also a noticeable pear flavor, which borders on getting in the way of the fruit flavors. The use of organic evaporated cane juice over corn syrup keeps it clean and light, while added vitamins (A, B,C,D, E, and Calcium) should be a hit with parents. Plus, the look of the packaging is improved and appealing, with key placement of “FUNctional” on the front of the label alongside the classic Crayons logo. They’'ve also put together a pretty clever effort to explain the vitamins to kids, using an easy to read panel that has explanations of what each vitamin is for. Overall, enjoyable taste and packaging make this a much improved product.
