Cricket Cola: Cricket Cola

De-freakin-lightful.

I bought a case of this stuff from Thinkgeek, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Neither flavor was very overpowering, and it was very clean. Sadly, Thinkgeek has stopped carrying this (along with everything else), so I'll probably never have it again. Recommended!

I love this stuff!

I only just tried it today with a meal I got at a restaurant today. I must say, I was skeptical at first, but once I tried it I was addicted, and you will be too when you try this stuff. It uses sugar cane, vanilla extract, and kola nuts for some of the flavoring.

Undrinkable

I wanted to like this, because I was attracted to the idea of a vanilla cola made with sugar cane. But the green tea flavour is totally overpowering, and I couldn't taste any vanilla at all. I'm glad other people like it, but I found it so unpleasant that I could barely manage to finish the bottle. Yuck.

Addictively unique.

Well... how to describe this? It had the flavor of tea mixed with the essence of a cola. Hardly justice to this beverage, as I really enjoyed the light, crisp formula. When I say light, what I mean is you can down a bottle then wonder where it went. Seriously. The lack of syrups and a -1 aftertaste makes for a great concept on the order of: this is what I was missing. And as for the happy you're supposed to get from it... well, ;) Definiely worth a try.

I absolutely adore this drink. I knew green tea was good for me but never drank it because I am not a tea fan, but green tea cola is fabulous! What a great way for me to get my intake of antioxidants while enjoying a refreshing, innovative drink! Thanks and cheers to everyone at Cricket!
