BevNET Review: Crunk's Sugar Free rendition is just as a pretty good adaptation of the original, with a crisp pomegranate flavor (derived from real juice) that finishes with a mild amount of "energy." As far as diet energy drinks go, this product is about average in terms of sweetener aftertaste, which is the result of the sucralose and acesulfame potassium blend used in the product. Packaging uses industry standard white/silver color coding to designate that this is the sugar free variety of the line. It's a bit busy on the front, but otherwise an enjoyable addition to the Crunk brand.

Compared to regular Crunk, Diet Drunk doesn't quite measure up with a weaker punch and a diet drink aftertaste. However, this is by far the best tasting diet drink out there, hands down. As someone who's trying to watch his weight, I'd encourage Crunk to offer diet varieties of all their flavors.

Great punch with a light kick

This is probably one of the better tasting "diet" energy drinks on the market. It has a very enjoyable fruit punch taste with very little aftertaste. I typically drink this in the afternoon because it doesn't seem to have alot of "Kick" as other drinks do.
