Dasani Plus: defend and protect orange tangerine

BevNET Review: As indicated by the orange coloring, Defend + Protect is the orange and tangerine variety of the Dasani Plus lineup. We're not really convinced that consumers will be lured in by the function of the product, but will likely pick this more for the color than anything else. The flavor is, unfortunately, a major letdown. It starts off with some citrus flavor, but it then immediately turns into an overwhelming dose of artificial sweeteners. Like the other varieties, the front panel of the label needs some serious cleanup. In summary, this product needs some major help.
