Not so great when compared to Boylan's. Boylans uses normal sugar from sugar cane as a sweetner while Dr. Browns uses High fructose Corn Syrup. Maybe this is why Boylan's is so much better...
Ingredients: Carbonated Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Cherry and other Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Caramel Color, Sodium Benzoate (Preservative) and Artificial Color (Red 40). I am sure the pre-70's Dr Browns used normal sugar...
Suprising, eh! This was the first time I had black cherry soda in a very long tom and it was very good! Try drinking in an ice cream float-it tastes unbelievable!
I don't know many places where Dr. Browns sodas can be found (around here anyway), but the taste is worth the search. This is a lot like Iron Horse black cherry, but better.
This is, simply put, the greatest soda ever. It's dark and mysterious, and rich in ways to which all of the 'colas' can only aspire. Alas, it tends to be a bit pricey, otherwise I would have one every day.
