Where's the flavor?
Tastes like regular Dr. Pepper to me. It's funny, Dr. Pepper's different flavors all taste like regular, except Diet, the one they tout to actually taste like regular!
Love this drink. Old fashioned cherry flavor and the vanilla makes me think of Grannys cookies. Sittin at the kitchen table big old straw hat on from the pickin cherries mornin. And vanilla cookies hot out of the oven. Memory lane with Grandma. Plus it is nice with ice.

Not for me....
Dr. P has always been a so-so drink for me. I'll drink it if its the only thing available. After trying the Vanilla and Cherry vanilla drinks, Ithink it detracts from the so-so taste. It is too sweet but there isn't much flavor either. the vanilla additive makes the product too foamy in my mouth too.
I'm a big fan of "regular" Dr Pepper, but I don't think that this tastes different enough to warrant its existence. The main difference seems to be the aftertaste which I don't like as much. Probably still better than most beverages, but a disappointment considering its heritage.
Man I tell you why do so many beverage makers ruin so many soft drinks now a days. I am an avid Dr.Pepper fan (Only soda I drink)but this horrible concoction reminds me of old pipe tobbacco my fater use to smoke back in the 70's. I am extreamly dissappointed with this one, heck I liked the red fusion better and I can't find it anywhere near me.
That stuff is the best in the world! I tried it when I was on vacation in arkansas and now I cant find it at home. I live in Colorado. I dont usually like new flavored soda but i fell absolutely in love with it!!!!!!!!!!!!
Am I the only one who thinks the addition of cherry flavor was unnecessary? Since it's only a limited run, I think simply adding vanilla to regular Dr. Pepper would have sufficed. The Cherry ruined it. Don't bother buying this.
Had high hopes for using this as a run mixer....oh well.
there is not a good soda bottled in plastic or cans. please try ones in glass the way it taste best because those who bottle in glass make far better products.

Cherry vanilla dr. pepper is a delight
I tried this product while I was visiting family in my native Texas and had to buy a few 12 packs to bring to my husband. The product is a refreshing twist to the "over-done" flavor twists of soda currently available.
