DRY Soda: Cucumber

BevNET Review: There’s a light cucumber aroma to this product that’s followed by a cool and crisp cucumber flavored body that has only a touch of sweetness to it. However, something seems a bit out of balance, with the sweetness and flavoring tasting less and less like cucumber as you continue to drink it. Of course, the bigger question for this product is the potential size of a following a cucumber flavored soda can expect. That’s a hard question to answer, but we’re sure that Dry Soda has their work cut out for them. On the outside, this product looks exactly like the other flavors in the Dry Soda line, which features a striking glass bottle and a minimalist design. While it looks great in photos and on sell sheets, it’s hard to read it when the product is out in the real world (aka a cooler). That being said, while we appreciate the product’s aesthetic beauty, we think that a little more balance of form and function would help this product.
