BevNET Review: On its web site, faded Energy uses a tagline "The finest energy drink in the world." Unfortunately, their intentions and the execution of the product do not seem to lineup. Let's start with taste. It starts with a bubblegum like aroma which gives way to a sweet, high fructose corn syrup sweetened body that's similar in style to many other energy drinks that are on the market today. Packaging, on the other hand, is only similar in terms of the can size that's used by the product. Otherwise, it's a pretty unattractive design, which is only further hurt by the fact that it uses a sleeve wrapped label. Overall, we were unimpressed by this product, especially given all the superlatives it uses in its marketing copy.Reviewed on: 3/3/2008
