BevNET Review: Fanta Berry is about the closest product that Coke has to Pepsi's 'Blue'. The flavor is actually quite similar as this is a 'naturally flavored berry soda'. Of course, it doesn't taste anything like real berries -- just lots of flavors and colors, which is exactly what we would expect from Coke. Overall, we really don't like the taste of this product and we think that the overall quality is low. We'll pass on this one next time.

This berry drink always brings memories back to me as a youth. The berry Fanta reminds me of the original Icee drink blueberry. This drink tastes nothing like Pepsi blue. Drinkers of Pepsi blue "well what can you say there idiots".

Too Sweet Too Bad

I lived in Europe for a few years, and noticed that Fanta was a refreshing, not-too-sweet, balanced soda, that complimented every meal. In the US, for some reason, sugar is the main ingredient of soda, and the more color and sugar there is, people enjoy it more. The closest thing I could find to Fanta Orange is Orangina. Does that mean we as Americans are so tasteless that we prefer pure sugar to something natural and refreshing?

Fanta Berry has a brisk berry taste but needs a little more "kick" in carbonation.
