Fit Pro “Daily” is a protein/meal replacement beverage that is made with real milk. However, unlike many other dairy-based protein drinks, Fit Pro is lactose-free. It’s loaded with 26g of protein, as well as vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes, making it a viable option as a meal replacement or post workout beverage. From a flavor perspective, it’s quite good, with a pleasant chocolate flavor and a modest amount of sweetness that is derived from sugar, stevia and monk fruit. The latter two sweeteners help the product achieve its modest 170 calories and 8g of sugars per 11 oz. Tetra Pak container. If there’s anything we’d change about what’s inside the carton it would be the thickness of the product -- it has a slightly gummy note, and it’s extremely thick. Still, whether you pick the chocolate or vanilla variety we think the company has created something that can, at least when it comes to the balance of taste and nutrition, hold its own against pretty much any protein drink out there. On the outside, the product looks and feels like a protein shake. It has a technical look to it, but it’s cleanly executed, and the Dream Cap screw top is definitely a plus. However, the brand feels like it could use a little more personality than it currently does. As it stands right now, there isn’t really anything overly memorable from a visual perspective about the packaging. Overall, we like the concept and, for the most part, the execution of this product. It’s definitely on the right track.
