I've tried several bottles, and they've all been terrible
After reading about this company awhile back I had high hopes when their product started showing up in San Francisco stores a couple years ago. I've been consistently disappointed, and think perhaps cross-country shipping and/or age of the bottles may have something to do with it. Most of the bottles I've seen have an unappealing (old-looking) residue in the bottom.
Last week I noticed a new bottle style and label design (much nicer-looking than the old) and noticed that the bottles of cranberry had none of the aforementioned residue. Thinking I must have finally found fresh stock, I bought a bottle. Unfortunately, disappointed again. Distinct fermented/vinegar flavor, totally undrinkable. Is this stuff sitting in trucks parked in the Arizona sun while on its way from New York to San Francisco?
