I like this drink. You MUST shake it quite a bit before drinking it, because the espresso seems to have less density than the milk and you'll get a nice, firm bit of bitterness in your mouth if you don't. If you shake it, it's great. It is creamy with a slight coffee taste (could be stronger..), and the cream/milk they use is great. This is one of those few coffee beverages I love that I personally don't make for myself (work in a cafe. "_")
The good things about it is that it has a good taste, however its a bit sweet and like most of their coffee it has that subtle bitter aftertaste. Most stores carry it, so its never tough to find.
However my gripe is the price, really over priced for what it is. Its nice to have the larger size now, but the price is still a rip off.
Right now it seems as if they are dominating this niche in the drink market and most of the time stores will not even stock other coffee drinks. Its the same way with the actual franchise, in a few locations ive lived they moved in and shortly after 2 or 3 local shops closed shortly after.
I'm waiting patiently for another company to come along and give them a run for their money. The Frappachinos are decent, and I'll pick one up every so often but simply because this drink market lacks and the other ones I do find aren't that great either.
My friend first introduced me to Starbucks and I loved it. Then I tried one of these and its even better than the real ones! The only reason I gave it .5 less is because of the price. It costs a buck 50 for a little bottle.

Where's the Beef, er..Coffee?!
Sorry Starbucks, Too sweet and kid like for the price and size. Left me looking for a drinking fountain to quench my thirst. Was thinking the coffee taste is definitely lacking. There are too many other choices for me to shell out hard earned $$ for this stuff.
This stuff is cool for both coffee lovers and the other sort. This statement rings true for most of Starbucks' stuff. Creamy, chocolatey goodness in a handy bottle that doesn't require a special trip. Best in the line, but try vanilla if you are of the coffee-digging orientation.
