BevNET Review: Fruit2O "Energy" is a raspberry flavored beverage that contains as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. Like the other Fruit2O flavors, it has zero calories or carbs, which is due to the use of sucralose as the sweetener for the product. If you like artificially sweetened products, then this one will probably taste pretty pleasant to you, especially since the bitter raspberry flavor hides a significant amount of the sweetener aftertaste. On the other hand, it doesn't seem overly credible as an energy product, especially since it drinks like a flavored water more than an energy drink. Last, there is the packaging, which feels rather generic. The drab gray backdrop doesn't help, nor does the pile of text that's located on the front of the label. Overall, a decent flavor as far as diet beverages go, but it needs some serious packaging help. Reviewed on: 7/2/2007

BevNET Review: Labeled as a strawberry tangerine flavor, this product derives its functionality from electrolytes and B vitamins. The sweet flavor doesn't exactly taste like strawberry and tangerine, but it's enjoyable nonetheless. It finishes up with a bit of sucralose flavor, but it's rather mild compared to competing drinks. Our biggest issue with this product is the packaging, which is less than pleasant to look at. They've jammed in a variety of conflicting design elements, including the lowercase retro style "h", fruit images, the script Fruit2O logo, and the lowercase name of the drink. Reviewed on: 7/2/2007

BevNET Review: Berry Pomegranate is, of course, the antioxidant variety of the Fruit2O enhanced lineup. Of course, the antioxidants and the pomegranate flavor have no relation aside from increased marketability. The flavor of this product is, in fact, "berry," but we failed to taste any pomegranate flavor in the formulation. Plus, this variety has the worst sweetener aftertaste of the lineup. Finally, it has the same packaging issues as the other varieties -- so we'd definitely pass on this one.Reviewed on: 7/2/2007

BevNET Review: Relax is the tropical flavored variety of Fruit2O's enhanced lineup. As far as flavor goes, it tastes fruity, but not really tropical per se, especially since it's impossible to distinguish what the individual fruit flavors are. Between the sweet fruit flavor and the herbal additives, they've done a pretty decent job of masking the sucralose, which is certainly a plus. Packaging follows the same style as the other flavors, with a lowercase "r" placed on the front of the label to designate that this is the "relax" variety. It's an interesting concept, but the generic and cluttered execution of the design causes this to be lost in translation.
