BevNET Review: As far as unsweetened flavored waters go, Ganic’s Caramel Toffee water is definitely one of the better tasting products that we’ve sampled. The light, unsweetened flavor of toffee works surprisingly well in an unsweetened format, delivering just the right accent to what’s otherwise just straight up water. It’s simple, yet complex, and both the flavor and aroma of the product are on point. Packaging is a custom 17 oz. PET bottle, which has raised “ganic” lettering running around the neck of the bottle. Below is a clean and wholesome looking paper label, which features minimal graphic elements and text. We like how they’ve portioned up the label, with the eye immediately going to the images of the caramels and the flavor name. However, the name “ganic” implies, at least to us, that the drink is organic, which it is not. So, if they’re going to stick with this name, we’d hope to see a USDA Organic certification sometime in the near future. Still, this is one of the best tasting unsweetened flavored waters that we’ve seen to date.
