While we’re not really sure what the name is supposed to mean, this is a nice tasting zero calorie citrus flavored water. It’s made with only a few ingredients, including Norwegian mineral water and natural lemon, orange, and kumquat extracts. The resulting mix has a mellow but slightly sour citrus flavor to it, with pleasant notes of orange and lemon. The kumquat seems to sit somewhere in the middle, rounding out what might otherwise be too sour of a flavor. Plus, the aroma of the product is really nice, with a very natural orange scent hitting your nose as soon as you open the cap. Packaging is one of the more appealing of the Ganic line, thanks to the use of a bright image of an orange. Otherwise, it’s the same 17 oz. proprietary PET bottle that you’ll find on the other varieties. Really, our only criticism of this product is that it’s too similar to the “Pomelo Wake Up” flavor that’s also part of this brand. Given that unsweetened flavored water is still a somewhat small niche, we’d be inclined to cut one of these flavors from the line.
