BevNET Review: What is Ginger Jamaica Cool? Well, we were wondering the same thing. It's a blend of water, ginger juice, hibiscus, pineapple, evaporated cane juice, and lime juice. The resulting flavor is quite good, with a nice herbal note of hibiscus providing a smooth complement to the bite of the ginger. The only thing that we don't like about the product is the name, "Ginger Jamaica Cool." Instead, we'd find something that promotes the herbal qualities a bit more intuitive than the vague name that they've chose. Still, this is one of our favorite tasting flavors of the lineup.
